ANSWER:

(If you have not entered in any of your own recipes)
Just select “Delete All Recipes…” from the Recipes Menu.

(If you have already entered in some recipes of your own)
Do a specific find for only the recipes you want to delete. For example, if you want to delete all recipes included with Computer Cuisine Deluxe, do a search for “Mike McGee” in the “Recipe From” field.

Then select, “Delete Found Recipes…” from the Recipes Menu.

Click “Find All” to review your recipe collection with all included recipes deleted.
